Rana Tigrina Advisory was founded by Priya E. Mammen, MD, MPH, a physician executive, public health strategist, and healthcare leader with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of clinical medicine, public health, innovation, and organizational leadership.
A board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Mammen’s career spans frontline clinical care, international health systems development, academic medicine, and executive leadership. As Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Walgreens, she led the Office of Clinical Integrity, providing clinical governance and strategic oversight across nearly 9,000 pharmacies serving 10 million people daily.
Her experience brings a distinctive perspective to complex healthcare challenges: connecting clinical realities with enterprise strategy, translating evidence into action, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
